If you're referring to me, the answer will hopefully be no.  I
don't use any StarOffice package, therefore I'm not the right person
packaging an installer.

What I have seen from StarOffice 4.0 it'll be more difficult than
the 3.1 thing.  If you're going to work on it you should coordinate
your effort with Ben Gertzfield (che@debian.org).  He has asked
me before IIRC.
