bug system internals? (was Re: boot-floppies_2.0.0 (source all) uploaded to master)

In the control file, the maintainer field is:

Maintainer: Enrique Zanardi <sr1-boot-floppies@debian.org>

AFAIK, the bug system uses that field instead of the one in the
changelog. The one in the changelog is the one that goes into the changes
file, and the one that Guy's dinstall uses to check the PGP signature.

If I'm wrong, please tell me, and I will correct that ASAP.
