Suggestion for lintian
It might be difficult, but lintian could check that the /usr/lib/menu/..
entries work. It could check for the file or even call it and see if it
returns an error within ten seconds.
Valid manpage files (use "mandb")
Check manpage location - e.g. games _should_ use
/usr/(X11R6)/man/man6/<name>.6(x).gz rather than using section 1.
