That depends - if it's a beginner's problem, surely mentors is right, but  
even veterans will have questions from time to time, and I doubt mentors  
will be the right place to ask "the new version of foo does this strange  
thing, which conflicts with how bar is currently packaged - what should I  
do about it?".
