Netscape have already said they're an enterprise company, not just a
browser maker so all interpretations are equally valid :)

Kinda, sorta. The browser itself myabe GPL'd but you'll miss out on
all the extra stuff - java, ssl etc. Of course, if you don't need it it
doesn't matter.
