Re: copyright question
I have a bit of source code which I want to debianize.
The copyright says:
This is public domain software.
Is this OK for debian, or should I ask the author to
change it?
That's okay. `Public domain' means that anyone can do anything with
it. (However, beware of qualifications later in the copyright, as a
lot of people don't seem to understand this.)
