Maintainers keyring

I have a bunch of email with the public keys of (then-) new
maintainers.  ISTR a message saying that the developers keyring was
no longer part of the dpkg package.  To whom should I send these
messages, and could they please arrange to have the copies of the
new-maintainer@debian.org mail sent to them instead of me ?
