Uh-oh, I've seen that one before ...

As I suspected. ncsa is compiled with the gcc for libc6, possibly also
with libc6-dev.
The problem is with ncsa and/or the gcc used to compile it, not with ldso.
(Well, you'll also need the libc6-ldso (ld-linux.so.2) to run it,
obviously.)
Last time I looked, all the libc6 packages were in experimental, but they
might have been moved to hamm by now - I don't know.
