	I was under the impression that the "get-orig-source" target
 was to invoke a procedure to get the original source from the
 original archive site, not getting the sources packages by the debian
 developers from the debian sites. 

	If that is the case, wget might not be a bad choice; though
 often automatic downloads are not possible since the upstream sources
 may have newer versions, and hence the URL would have changed.
