The real problem is: How to be sure that the average user will upgrade
dpkg (the package containing update-rc.d) *before* any other package using
it in their postinst scripts? Currently, we can't. And I guess that this
will be a sure candidate for the Debian 1.3 FAQ.

[ BTW: That's why we need the "Breaks:" field. ]
