Oops.  I thought I backed up all the old tex packages into
/home/Debian/ftp/private/oldtex, but actually I only backed up the
ones from bo, not non-free.

So yes, please upload a new mfdcfnt which conflicts with tetex-base.
I'll remove it from non-free once 1.3 is released.
