Assuming you have libc6-dev and libc5-altdev installed,
/usr/include/utmpbits.h has the new structure, and
/usr/i486-linuxlibc1/include/utmp.h has the old structure.
The new structure has many more fields, and the sizes of some of the
fields are bigger.
