We should strongly encourage maintainers to use their debian.org
address for packages unless their e-mail address is not going
to change for a long time. For example, jimpick.org is not about
to disappear (we hope) so I have no problem with Jim using it.
Most university students, on the other hand, should use
the debian.org address.
