New package (xAdmin)

I have over the last year been busy making a administration tool for X and
Linux. The tool can add/delete/change users and group, it can create/change
a DNS configuration, it can create/change a network configuration. I also
have a date/time editor done. What is missing is a runlevel, FS editor
and printer editor, but those is in the works....
For those who have seen RedHats config program, you will recognize mine,
although I have change and improved it _a lot_. My suite is made in perl/tk,
makes it a little slow in some areas, but it works... :) My intention is
to rewrite it using C (or perhaps Java?).
Naturaly it also have support for my previous introduced package 'TCPQuota' :)
(If anyone know how to 'compile' a perlscript, and leave the binary behind, I
would be much gratefull, that would speed up everything a lot... :)
