Re: The chronoilogicallly ordered bug pages
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
In summary: The following people think the bug system is ok and
should not be changed:
Scott Ellis <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Ian Jackson <email@example.com>
Martin Mitchell <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Federico Di Gregorio <email@example.com>
and the following people think that the right order should be
chronological one, and the bug system should be changed:
Adrian Bridgett <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Manoj Srivastava <email@example.com>
Richard Braakman <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Juan Cespedes <email@example.com>
Santiago Vila <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Ben Armstrong <email@example.com>
James A.Treacy <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Charles Briscoe-Smith <email@example.com> (mailed me privately).
There are two possibilities to reach a consensus:
a) the four persons above convince the other 8 that the current
order is right.
b) the eight persons above convince the other four that the current
order is wrong.
I would say both a) and b) are difficult.
[ Of course, I would say a) is much more difficult than b)... ]
Ian, do you still want us to reach a "consensus", is 4 / 8 enough, or
would you like me to exercise my procmail rules and make a bigger survey?
