	Well, it isn't libtool, but `dpkg' certainly needs `gettext'
to be built, and it's not in the main Debian distribution.  It's only
in project/experimental.

	BTW, I haven't been able to build it even with the gettext in
project/experimental.  Does anyone know if it needs a newer one?
