KERNEL: ip_masq_update

I have made it possible to include the ip_masq_* modules into the kernel,
instead of only having them as modules.  Should make it more efficient, in
terms of disk space used, especially if you always you ip_masquerading.

This was developed with 2.0.31.  No patch available yet.  I am interested in
seeing how many people would like this.
