I read on the MuTeX mailing list that Paul Seelig has already packaged the
latest Rosegarden 2.1 for Debian GNU/Linux! :) I was thinking that maybe
we could "steal" Paul's work and upload a "non-maintainer" release (or
something like that) for hamm, and maybe Paul could maintain it if he
decides to register as an official Debian developer. :)

Rosegarden is a free integrated musical notation editor and MIDI

introduced since the previous 2.0.1 release.

An unofficial binary for Debian Linux is available from
"ftp://ietpd1.sowi.uni-mainz.de/pub/debian/unofficial/"; as
"binaries/rosegarden_2.1-0.1_i386.deb". The original source code
along with the Debian specific customization diffs is available at the
same site from the "source" subdirectory.
