	I think he meant renaming `/var/qmail' as `/usr/lib/qmail'.
`/var/qmail' shouldn't be there, it clearly violates the FSSTND.

	IMHO they should be in /etc/qmail/{control,alias,users}. The
three directories contain configuration files.

	Please, don't do so.  Use `/usr/lib/qmail' instead of
`/var/qmail'.

	BTW: please apply patch from Bug#12565 (or better yet, use the
new `liblockfile').  Last version of qmail doesn't lock properly and
could cause data loss.
