Strange. Imake.tmpl is included in xlib6g-dev:

$ dpkg -c x11/xlib6g-dev_3.3.1-1.deb |grep Imake.tmpl
-r--r--r-- root/root     33739 1997-10-18 07:04 usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/Imake.tmpl


Does re-installing that package help?
