Bug#14066: checker cannot be built from source

Package: checker
Version: 0.8-18

	When trying to compile it from the Debian sources, it expects
to find many files not included there.

	It expects a directory `../tarballs' with the files:
libg++272_2.7.2.5.orig.tar.gz
binutils-2.8.1.tar.gz
gcc-2.7.2.3.tar.gz
gdbm-1.7.3.tar.gz
glibc-2.0.5c.tar.gz
glibc-localedata-2.0.5.tar.gz
gmp-2.0.2.tar.gz
ncurses-4.1.tar.gz
readline-2.1.tar.gz

which aren't in the source package.

	I don't know exactly what should be done with this...
including all the files would make the source *much* bigger, but not
including them appears to violate current policy. What should be
done?
