I, too, am fast getting to be of the opinion that I have no
stomach for being in the middle of this.
If a consensus on a licence for the dat set emerges, then a
new questionnaire should be created and sent to the project
members. If this licence allows for people to send in the data and
not have it published, there shall be a choice on the questionnaire.
In any case, the data gathered so far does not seem
distributable in any form.
In all this, I apologize to Lindsay Allen, who has been stuck
with the grunt work, and has never once complained about my
mishandling the licence issues.
If any licence agreement is reached, I shall be happy to
provide any technical assistance that is required.
