Default. Fsstnd doesn't list it as being a mandatory file in /bin, so like all the
other shellutils programs, it ended up in /usr/bin.
I _will_ go ahead and move it to /bin in the next release of shellutils, but I'm
waiting (hopefully) on a new upstream version.
