Cannot install hamm by ftp method.

Hello folks.

I tried yesterday and again today, but I cannot install an unstable system
from scratch as follows:  I succeeded in installing the base system, and
that works fine.  When I chose access method, I used ftp.  I tried using
ftp.caldera.com and master.debian.org with the same effect.  As far as I
can tell, the Packages file in main does not match the packages.  Access
and Update work fine.  I used debian/dists/unstable as the debian
directory, and I used main non-free contrib as the distributions.  Anyone
know what's up with this?
