AFAIK the decision was to keep 2.0 constant leaving all updates in the
hamm-updates hierarchy, to let CD manufacturers 3 or more months to
empty the shelfs.
Thus my proposal to join stable-updates with documentation, and release
a third Official Cd every month or so.
Manufacturers still have to sell the 2 CD set; the third stays optional,
so the Debian 2.0 CD won't become obsolete unless we release 2.1, but
users can always have the "latest" buying also the third CD, or get it
separately.
If we decide to release this third CD regularly (monthly?) sellers could
even boundle "subscriptions" to this 3d CD for the 3/6 months the
release stays on sale.

But definitely I would like to hear manufacturers.
