Re: Tetris packages - need a less-trademarked name
Let them file a lawsuit. It will be thrown out as "frivolous" when the
judge is told we are merely "mirroring" another widely distributed source
of the same program which has been around for years and has become
established.
Also, perhaps write a letter to them, telling them they might wish to look
into Redhat, Sunsite, and Slackware's similar "fault", so they can sue you
all at once.
Third, why not pull it off the particular mirror they are targetting? It
will still stay on the other mirrors.
