BitchX, virc, zircon, ircii, ircii-EPIC, sirc.... Hell there's a lot of
IRC clients =) I think BitchX should have a symlink to bx by default.
Also, the HELP_PATH variable SHOULD be set by default by any IRC package.
Practically all of 'em leave it up to you to figure out.
