ANNOUNCE: new mailing list debian-autobuild

Hi folks!

Pete Templin told me that a new mailing list

	debian-autobuild@lists.debian.org

has been set up. This mailing list will be used for the discussion about
`Source Dependencies' and `auto-builing of Debian.' Please move the
current discussions from debian-devel to that list.

Note, that the discussion is still delayed until Klee presents his new
source package format. (Of course, everyone that can't wait until then
could tell his his opinion :-)

I will post a summarize about the discussion (when it has been started) in 
regular intervals to debian-devel.
