(building and) compiling libc6-dependent packages under "bo"?

Hi,

I maintain a tiny package (c2ps) and need to recompile it to use
libc6, in order ot make it conform to "unstable"'s standard.

The usual trick is simply to upgrade my system, but it's a production
system and I need it to run "stable", at least until I see that
"unstable" is more mature.

Is there any way to build a debian package which uses libc6 under
"bo"? An attempt to install the new gcc/libc/libc-dev and the
alternative gcc/libc-dev looks like needing too many packages to be
upgraded.

Thanks,
