dpkg-ftp upgrade to hamm?

What are the correct parameters for upgrading to hamm with dpkg-ftp?
I pointed it at the <debian-base>/hamm directory and told it main,
contrib and non-free, but then it retrieves files dists/unstable/main/etc which it can't find.
