Problems writing CDs (was: Doubts)
It's certainly possible to mess up while writing the official CD. You can
download with FTP in ASCII mode instead of binary mode, you can get an
error in some file, you can not verify the MD5 checksums of the files before
you master the CD, etc.
Did you check those md5 checksums? Tell us how, and tell us how you put the
files together before you wrote the CD.
