Probably because gmp is an optional package and you don't have it
installed? The shared libraries have only recently been added to the gmp
package, and it looks like folks are starting to use them. This probably
means that gmp should have its priority changed from optional to something
higher. A depends here would probably help. How come shlibdeps doesn't do
this automatically? It should.
