Well, Klee alread mentioned dpkg-ftp. There is yet another possibility:
mirror maps debian-non-US into my Debian mirror, and the (highly recommended)
dpkg-mountable then uses this as if it was part of the Debian mirror
structure. You have to configure it once for dpkg-mountable using the
'manual' access method.
