Prospective doc packages: SGML - Perl5

As we don't seem to have this in Debian, I plan to package some doc
about:

* Perl5 programming
* Using SGML - Basic concepts
* Understanding and writting SGML DTDs

Has anybody started work on these ?

For now I only have several URLs to such docs, whose accuracy for the
intended purpose (as well as distribution policy) I still have to
investigate, and I'd be glad if some of you had some more such
pointers.
