No, leave it. There are other imap clients (I didn't know about this
package: I'll have to add it to TkRat). Without it, we'll just have
suggests: pine, which is silly when any other imap client is just as good.
I suggest we keep it, and file bugs against pine, tkrat and any others, and
then remove the Suggests: pine from imap-4.
Otherwise, everything you say that I know enough about to comment on looks
fine.
