XEmacs maintainer gone???!!

I just sent a message to xemacs19@packages.debian.org.  This
transforms (correctly) into dres@scsn.net.  scsn.net reports that there is no dres
user on their system.

Does this mean that the maintainer for XEMacs is gone?
