Important: TeTeX install problem in 1.3

It may be that Bruce installed the package texinfo before attempting
the tetex suite.  This is because texinfo is a ``standard'' package
and is therefore selected by default by dselect.  But since tetex-bin
fully replaces texinfo, the preinst of tetex-{base,bin} found texinfo
and suggested that texinfo should manually be purged.  This is the
cause of the tetex install failure even from a fresh install.

The cure is easy: remove texinfo from bo.  The same is true for the
package texi2html in the section text.

Guy, could you remove texinfo and texi2html from bo please?
