The only way this will get resolved is to get it before the courts and
argue it as a "free speech" constitutional issue. I should be able to
write any lines of code I wish and communicate the ideas imbedded in that
code to anyone who will listen reguardless of national or political
boundries. What it will take to fix this is someone who is willing to go
to jail in order to get it into the courts and will, thus, break the law,
in order to test it there.
