Changing PGP key

	My hard disk recently crashed, so I am revoking my PGP public key,
as I had no backup of it (this is also in my sig).  But who is the
keymaster around here?  I know that this has been beaten to death in
this mailing list, but I don't have it on file.

	Perhaps the maintainer of the keyring should be noted in the
policy manual.
