I have heard from Ray, see the attached message.
Sue Campbell, you are appointed WebMaster and have full responsibility for
the web site. You report to Daniel Quinlan, the Senior V.P. of the Debian
project. You have the authority to form and direct a team to manage the web
site if you wish. You have offers of help from Craig Sanders
<cas@taz.net.au>, Dominik Kubla <dominik.kubla@uni-mainz.de>,
and Philippe Troin <phil@fifi.org>.
