libdl1 problems

Several packages depend upon "libdl1 (>=...)" and is not being properly
handled by dselect.

Would it be prudent to change the ldso package so that the .shlibs file
it provides has the line:

	libdl   1       ldso

instead of:

	libdl   1       libdl1

It might not be as accurate, but since it's an automatically generated
dependancy, it should still work.
