New man package breaks a bunch of manpage links.

At the very least it breaks all the packages with symlinks to
man7/undocumented.7 since it's now man7/undocumented.7.gz.

I suppose all the linking packages should be updated.  At least the
following files are affected:

 /usr/man/man1/mailserver.1
 /usr/man/man1/sdc.1
 /usr/man/man1/mimeit.1
 /usr/man/man1/rcvAppleSingle.1
 /usr/man/man1/richtoatk.1
 /usr/man/man1/sndAppleSingle.1
 /usr/man/man1/sun-audio-file.1
 /usr/man/man1/sun-message.1
 /usr/man/man1/sun-message.csh.1
 /usr/man/man1/sun-to-mime.1
 /usr/man/man1/sun2mime.1
 /usr/man/man1/uudepipe.1
 /usr/man/man1/uuenpipe.1
 /usr/man/man1/netscape.1
