Also note that rxvt don't work well with ssh-agent. This is due to
rxvt closing all file descriptors when starting. According to the 
ssh-FAQ (5.14) there is supposed to be a patch available from the
ssh-mailinglist-archive at www.cs.hut.fi/ssh/ssh-archive/, but I
have not been able to find it.

Using xterm instead of rxvt is a workaround. Finding the patch and
making a new rxvt-ssh package may be the solution.
