I was somewhat misunderstanding: if we consider "bo" consisting of several
sub-sets (non-free, non-us), then the scheme

    bo
        contrib
        free
        non-free
        non-us

automatically provides "-fixed", "-updates" and "-stable" (=rex) for all
sub-sets (not individually, but at the top-level).
