Having multiple cgi directories is no problem
/cgi
/cgi-bin
/cgi-whateveryouwannacallit

Spinner/Roxen supports subdirectories within /cgi-bin/,
but mapping multiple searchpaths into that, is something 
for the more advanced user/admin.
