Bug#2984: sysutils has ancient procinfo package

This is the latest sysutils, yet the version of procinfo it includes
claims to be 0.6.

It seems to be missing the 'lsdev' command, present in procinfo-0.9:

Could sysutils be updated with the latest procinfo package, please?
