I still think that the standard is too complicated especially for such
servers as WN.

I would like to have the whole webstandard reduced to the following:

1. Cgi-scripts go into /usr/lib/cgi-bin and are accessible as
   http://localhost/cgi-bin/xxx

2. Documents in /usr/doc are accessible as
   http://localhost/doc/package/xxxx
