processing of Incoming (potential error and suggestion).
I uploaded a new package recently, and it was rejected. I didn't know
until I logged in and checked Incoming. It would be nice if the
processing scripts would mail the maintainer the .reason file whenever
something is rejected so that they know they need to fix something.
Also, I got this in the .reason file (package perl-tk).
Rejected: perl-tk_b11.02.tar.gz: Old version `b11.02-3' >= new version
`b11.02'.
but the new package is (according to dpkg --info and the .dsc file)
b11.02-4, not b11.02.
There actually was a real problem with the package. There's no diff
file, but that's not what it was complaining about.
Thanks
