In this case, because gnatgcc won't even be able to *find* the
compiler in a future version, because cc1 will have a different
pathname (gnat uses C for some table generation at link time, it
appears, and it needs to find as there too.)  The change from 2.7.2 to
2.7.2.1 broke this, even though nothing other than a few optimization
bits were changed...
