Please remove libpam from rex distribution

Could libpam please be removed from the frozen rex distribution?
Reasons are:
- it will be replaced by 3 other packages (libpam0, libpam-runtime
  and libpam-devel), libpam will then be obsolete;
- no packages do exist now that use libpam;
- it has one outstanding bugreport, which will be fixed in the new
  set of packages.
I feel that it's best to follow the principle of least astonishment,
and withdraw the package before general release.
